It’s great to have you exhibiting at TechEx North America 2023 (including IoT Tech Expo, Blockchain Expo, Cyber Security & Cloud Congress, AI & Big Data Expo, 5G Expo, Edge Computing and Digital Transformation Week) taking place on 17-18 May 2023.

We will be your primary point of contact throughout the planning process and ensuring you are set-up and able to utilise the event platform. Our roles will be to help you in any way we can.  You can treat us as the access to all knowledge regarding the event and if we do not have the answer to hand, we will endeavour to find it out for you.

Event A-Z

Below is a list of the important deadlines for the event, more information is provided on the drop down list;

– All passes must be registered by Friday 12 May.
– Order early on FreemanOnline to take advantage of advance order discount rates, place your order by Monday 17 April.
– Completed platform profile documents to be submitted by Friday 28 April, and the platform will then launch on Friday 5 May.
– Internet Incentive cost  will be available from 14 days prior to 1st day of show move in.
– For the lead scanners there will be a price increase from Monday 24 April , last order will be Wednesday 10 May.

Space only/free build

A designated space for you to design and build your own booth.

Grey carpet will be included if alternative flooring is not ordered.

NO electrics, drape or furniture will be included.

If you have chosen this booth type, stand plans and a risk assessment must be provided within the H&S form.

Ship early to avoid delays and save money.
Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded material beginning April 17, 2023 at the above address.
Material arriving after May 08, 2023 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.
Please note that the Freeman Warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or unskidded machinery), COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108″H x 93″W x 92″L.
Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning May 15, 2023.
Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility.
Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.

The virtual event platform will launch on Friday 5th May 2023 and close on Wednesday 31st May.

In order to complement your activities with us on-site at the Event, we offer the opportunity to take advantage of our Virtual Event & Networking Platform! This will launch roughly one week prior to the Live Event and will remain open for a further two weeks after the event. Here, your company reps can begin to build connections and arrange meetings with our attendees ahead of actually joining us at the event! The virtual booth will also serve as a ‘meeting point’ where attendees can ‘Register their Interest’ in your organization and event and directly interact with you at the Virtual Booth.

In order for us to create your Virtual Booth/Company Profile and those of your Company Representatives please spend some time completing our online Event Platform Profile.

During the build-up to Event Week we are incredibly busy, and so to ensure that you and your team have a completed profile on the Virtual Event platform ahead of this launch, please can you ensure that we have received the completed form by Friday 28th April 2023. Submissions made after this should expect delays in receiving access to this platform.

When you receive your login information, please log in and build up your profile, you can also view the event agendas from here, as well as browse the event sponsors, attendees and other speakers.

We recommend being as active as possible on the event platform; connecting with delegates and arranging meetings.

Our official video partner Free Bird Film (www.freebirdfilm.tv) will be covering the event, and can provide you with any of the following video services at a discounted rate:

– filming of a speaker or multiple speakers presenting

– a high quality video of any length showcasing your company’s presence at the show, featuring your stand and staff

– interviews/vox-pops with any number of personnel

– a short promotional video for your company featuring shots of your product/stand/staff

– any other video requirements that can be completed during the show

A full 4K edit with music and any graphics of your choice will be produced for you a short time after the event, and all footage can be transferred to you upon request.

Free Bird Film is also a social enterprise – a portion of profits are invested into making films every year for a variety of charities pro bono. Every film made by Free Bird has social impact, whether directly or indirectly. Their show reel can be found at www.freebirdfilm.tv, along with further examples of their work.

*Any exhibitors who do purchase a Lead Reference Scanner/App will receive an email from scanners@reftech.co.uk at the point of purchase.

This email will contain full instructions on the Scanner/App and also their account details from which they can download their data post event.

Each exhibitor will have their own account and only the data they collect at the show will be accessible.

  • As standard, those exhibitors that have purchased lead reference scanners are provided with the following data for each attendee they have scanned: visitor name, job title, company name, country, telephone number, email. Please advise if you wish for this to be any different.

ABOUT THE NETWORKING PARTY

We are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting our official networking party at the prestigious Levi’s 501 Club at the Levi’s Stadium, the home of San Francisco 49ers!

Join us there for an evening full of networking opportunities, meet with like-minded professionals and connect with potential new business partners. The networking party will allow you to share your experiences of the day and will provide the opportunity to meet with existing and new business partners in a more relaxed setting, with free food and drinks provided.

Location: Levi’s® Stadium is located in the heart of Silicon Valley in Santa Clara, CA at 4900 Marie P. DeBartolo Way and Tasman Avenue.

Timing: Evening on Day 1 6:00 – 22:00

Tickets will be sent via email two weeks from the event (please check your junk folder), which you can bring (printed or on a smartphone) with you to registration to print your badge onsite.

Scams

We have been made aware that some exhibitors have been targeted by companies claiming to work with the event. Although their correspondence may seem genuine, they are simply trying to sell false information for their own benefit. Please remain vigilant and should you receive anything like this, please make us aware.

We do not share your information with anyone other than our contracted suppliers.

Onsite access

You will only be able to enter the exhibition hall if you have a pass. You and your contractors must be wearing a pass at all times.

Item security

Please ensure all desirable and vulnerable items, such as plasma screens, laptops, mobile phones and handbags are always secure. Any items left on your stand when not occupied are at your own risk.
