It’s great to have you exhibiting at TechEx Global (including IoT Tech Expo, Blockchain Expo, Cyber Security & Cloud Expo, AI & Big Data Expo, 5G Expo, Edge Computing and Digital Transformation Week) taking place live on 1 – 2 December at Olympia. Your decision to get involved in the event was just the start of how you will contribute to the overall success of this growing platform.

I will be your primary point of contact throughout the planning process and then onsite at Olympia.  My role will be to help you in any way I can.  You can treat me as the access to all knowledge regarding the event and if I do not have the answer to hand, I will endeavour to find it out for you.

The virtual event platform will launch on Thursday 24th November and close on Friday 25th November.

To ensure you receive access when the platform launches please make sure you and your colleagues are registered by Thursday 17th November.

Scams

We have been made aware that some exhibitors have been targeted by companies claiming to work with the event. Although their correspondence may seem genuine, they are simply trying to sell false information for their own benefit. Please remain vigilant and should you receive anything like this, please make us aware.

We do not share your information with anyone other than our contracted suppliers.

Onsite access

You will only be able to enter the exhibition hall if you have a pass. You and your contractors must be wearing a pass at all times.

Item security

Please ensure all desirable and vulnerable items, such as plasma screens, laptops, mobile phones and handbags are always secure. Any items left on your stand when not occupied are at your own risk.

All vehicles delivering and collecting from the venue during build-up and breakdown must book a slot on the vehicle booking system at www.olympia.london/traffic. The booking system will go live around 30 days prior to the event. This will ensure your build-up and breakdown process is quicker and smoother for you.
